Hurray...., finally the Pfauen is great again. Very good food and nice service with pleasant prices. The restaurant is in the ring/old town of Biel, pedestrian zone, parking options in the Alstadtparking.

I found this place very reasonable with their prices considering the great quality of their food. Staff is most friendly and the atmosphere is nice all through out.

Rustic and well-preserved restaurant in Biel's old town. Outside of it, Biel isn't really a nice city. But the old town is worth seeing. The menu isn't too extensive, but you'll want to try everything on it. The entrecote with pepper sauce was very delicate and inexpensive. The rabbit liver is delicious. The Nüssler salad with bacon too. The good service in German or French as hoped for in Biel.

A new host and new team for a few months. Finally a good address in Biel again!!Top service, very nice place, good food, courteous waiters all in all one of the best addresses in Biel! And all of this at moderate prices.

Very good, inexpensive and beautifully prepared lunch menu for under 20 francs including soup and salad.Very friendly hospitality and beautiful surroundings on the Ringplatz in the historically authentic old town of Biel.

We had never eaten such a fantastic cordon bleu (peacock cordon bleu) and beforehand we had a salad and a tiramisu for dessert. For a little more than CHF 30.--. Unbeatable!! The Cordon Bleu was so big and so fine. I'm still dreaming about it now and everything was so good The ambience under the stone arch was so beautiful. And the staff is super nice. We'll be back PS: The vegetables were so well seasoned! Rarely have I had such fine vegetables and the fries in the frying basket
